Who Are We?
The concept of Kneaded Goods first took root in February of 2023, and from there the research and development began. As a student, I worked out various recipes and practiced in between classes and homework to prepare for the KG’s first market in the beginning of July.
The idea for an allergen-conscious bakery came from viewing the people close to me in life. My mother is dairy-free, my grandmother is gluten-free, and I have friends with other allergies limiting to common food staples they could eat. With that knowledge, I wanted my work to be tailored towards enjoyment for everyone.
Since that first market in July, Kneaded Goods has worked to uphold its own quality standards at all times. Through delicious, accessible food, we seek to bring the joy of a warm, hearty loaf of bread to all to enjoy.
